SOVEREIGNTY: Who Holds Authority Over the Nation

After Covenant Comes Authority

Blueprints reveal the design.

Covenant establishes agreement.

But neither answers the final question:

Who holds authority?

Because agreement without authority cannot be enforced.

And structure without authority cannot stand.

The Most High Establishes Authority

Scripture is clear—authority is not man-made.

“The Most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.”

— Daniel 4:17

“He removeth kings, and setteth up kings.”

— Daniel 2:21

Authority is not self-appointed.

It is established and removed.

All Power Is Subject to Higher Authority

Even earthly rulers operate under a greater order.

“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.”

— Romans 13:1

This means:

Power is not independent.

It is permitted.

When Authority Is Misaligned

Authority that forgets its source becomes corrupted.

“Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed.”

— Isaiah 10:1

When authority is misaligned:

• laws become unjust

• leadership becomes self-serving

• the people suffer

Because authority is no longer aligned with righteousness.

Sovereignty and Law Are Connected

Law reflects whoever holds authority.

“Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.”

— Proverbs 14:34

If authority is righteous → the nation is stable.

If authority is corrupt → the nation declines.

The Earth Ultimately Belongs to the Most High

Ownership determines authority.

“The earth is the Lord’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.”

— Psalm 24:1

This establishes the highest truth:

No nation owns itself independently.

All nations operate under ultimate sovereignty.

Messiah (HaMashiach) and Authority

Authority is also given through Messiah.

“All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.”

— Matthew 28:18

This establishes:

Authority is not only from the Most High—

it is also delegated through Messiah.

Delegated Authority vs True Authority

Governments, systems, and institutions are delegated authorities.

But they are not the source.

When delegated authority attempts to replace true authority:

It creates disorder.

“Because ye have rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me.”

— Hosea 4:6

Rejection of true authority leads to instability.

The Question at 250 Years

After 250 years, the issue is no longer just reconstruction.

It is authority.

Who defines:

• justice

• law

• truth

• direction

And is that authority aligned with the foundation?

Sovereignty Requires Accountability

Authority is not just power.

It is responsibility.

“For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required.”

— Luke 12:48

Without accountability:

Authority becomes exploitation.

Closing Declaration

Foundation establishes alignment.

Builders restore the breach.

Blueprints reveal the design.

Covenant establishes agreement.

But sovereignty determines authority.

The Most High establishes power.

Messiah carries authority.

Man is entrusted with responsibility.

Reconstruction continues.

And no nation stands unless its authority is aligned with its foundation
